Catalogue of interdisciplinary electives (ÜWP)
General information about the catalogue of interdisciplinary electives (ÜWP) can be found on the website of the Humboldt-Universität Examination Service.
The ÜWP modules are completed in accordance with the provisions of the relevant subjects and/or central facilities of Humboldt-Universität.
Please note your level of qualification: bachelor students can not take master courses and master students can not take bachelor courses within the ÜWP.
Under certain circumstances, "non-ÜWP modules" can also be included in the ÜWP:
If you want to include “non-ÜWP modules” in your ÜWP, first check your subject-specific study and examination regulations. If said regulations allow for the introduction of the “non-ÜWP module”, you can either register for the examination via AGNES or submit the performance record to your Examination Office to be recorded.
If the introduction of the "non-ÜWP module" is not permitted according to the wording of your study and examination regulations, you can submit an informal, written application to your Examination Board.
In the case of "non-ÜWP modules" at Humboldt-Universität, please clarify with the teachers in advance whether there are still spaces available on the module's courses. Please submit this confirmation alongside the application to your Examination Board. Please note that you have to submit the application to the Examination Office in good time before the registration deadline for the final module examination, otherwise you cannot take the examination.
The modules of central Humboldt-Universität facilities (Language Centre, Career Center, bologna.lab, Deutschlandstipendium, etc.) are registered by your relevant Examination Office upon presentation of the performance record. Modules from other Faculties and Departments of Humboldt-Universität are registered by their Examination Offices. Please also note the ÜWP information sheet from the Faculty of Life Sciences.
