We support postdocs in their professional development from an early stage on throughout your next individual career steps.
Postdocs can benefit from various training programs and events. We provide individual career counselling services and information about funding and other career opportunities.
We assist postdocs in forming strong networks, with our services in general but also with a peer coaching program. A visiting scientist program, with a special focus on female postdocs, widens our service also to external postdocs.
