Workshops
The Graduate Centre offers a range of subject-specific and general further education and training to all doctoral candidates who received their admission to do their doctoral studies at the Faculty of Life Sciences of Humboldt-Universität. Participation in the workshops is free of charge.
The following workshops are offered by the Graduate Centre Life Sciences:

12 & 13 October 2023: Intensive Course "Good Scientific Practice"
13-17 November 2023: Intensive writing week for publications

Workshops of external providers
If you want to attend a workshop of an external provider, you can apply for reimbursement of the participation costs. Please note that a submitted application does not constitute a legal claim to reimbursement.

Call for applications: Funding of participation in laboratory animal science courses
The Graduate Centre Life Sciences offers the funding of three places in laboratory animal science courses (EU function A, D). Doctoral candidates of the Faculty of Life Sciences who require laboratory animal science for their doctoral project or career development are eligible to apply. Please submit the application form via email by September 10th, 2023: graduiertenzentrum.lewi@hu-berlin.de
A decision on all applications received will be made by mid-September 2023. After a positive vote, the doctoral candidate can register for a course via the website http://lab-animal-training.de. Please note that you need to have attended the course by the end of November 2023 at the latest.
