You can have official signed and stamped academic transcripts issued during drop-in hours by the Examination Office responsible for your degree programme. These transcripts contain a preliminary average grade. You can also use your AGNES account to print out an academic transcript, but this is not legally binding and is only used to provide an overview of your previous study and examination achievements, without a preliminary average grade.
