With the I, Scientist conference we aim for structural change in science, and have the idea of life-changing, eye-opening talks in the back of our minds that give us all the answers on how to change the world. However, going through the feedback forms of the 2018 conference, we saw that one of the main insights participants got, was as simple as this: "I am not alone." And maybe, this is one of the most important insights.
