Sorting the documents of a personnel application

To optimize the processing of your personnel applications, please submit your applications in the following order.

Sequence of personnel applications

  1. Checklist
  2. Application (recruitment, continued employment, increase in working hours, change in financing)
  3. Justification of the application
  4. When hiring:

   a) List of applicants

   b) Invitation of the staff council and the FB, if applicable SBV to the job interviews

   c) For in-house applications: Application documents of all in-house applicants

   d) Letter of application

   e) Curriculum vitae

   f) Proof of previous employment (copies of employment contracts, references) or scholarships

   g) copies of all university degrees, in the case of foreign university degrees

   h) additional transcript of records;

   i) Declaration of periods of doctorate and employment

   j) for employment with a qualification goal (e.g. doctorate or habilitation): Declaration on the guideline
      for academic staff

   k) for foreign employees (outside the EU): Copy of the personal details from the passport and, in any
       case, information on the residence title (please enclose a copy of the title and, if applicable, a
       supplementary sheet)

 

5. In the event of continued employment, increase in working hours and change in financing:

   a) Consent of the employee
