International Women's Day: Women's General Assembly at HU
On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8, the annual Women's General Assembly of HU will take place on March 13, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the Senate Hall (Unter den Linden 6).
This year's Women's General Assembly is titled "Mastering Challenging Situations in (University) Everyday Life with Composure". In an interactive training session with health coach Nicole Langer, strategies for achieving more balance and resilience will be conveyed. Afterward, all attendees are invited to conclude the afternoon with a small reception and engage in conversation with each other.
Additionally, on March 13, 2025, a cardio stress test and relaxation coaching with VR glasses will be offered in the courtyard of the main building (Unter den Linden 6).
The event is organized in cooperation with the University Health Management.
