Key competences such as strong lecturing and professional networking are increasingly required, besides academic excellence, to be successful in the natural sciences and mathematics in the long run.


For this purpose, WINS Adlershof offers a modular qualification program of workshops, which provides the necessary know-how for the career path - especially towards a professorship.

The workshops are offered by experienced trainers in English and are free of charge for the participants.

They address female doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows at the Adlershof campus and participating research centres.
