qualification - exchange - networking

The commitment to gender equality at all levels of scientific work is a key issue in the Humboldt-Universität's mission statement. However, we are still far from the goal, since women are still underrepresented, especially in scientific leadership positions.

With the WiNS Adlershof program under the umbrella of FiNCA, we are therefore actively promoting female doctoral students and postdocs. We want to encourage young women to pursue a scientific career. We offer them the opportunity to acquire key qualifications, exchange ideas and network with leading personalities from the university and other research institutions in Adlershof. We want to give effective support on the way to leadership positions - according to the motto: identify and promote hidden potential.

The modular qualification program is based on three pillars:

TrainingMentoringNetworking

In addition, we offer an annual interdisciplinary summer school where students are invited to experiment with scientific work in a different setting.
