Workshop: "Getting started! First steps in your PhD"

 

In this training, PhD candidates will learn how they can get started with their PhD project - using different project management tools.
They will clarify their motivation to start the scientific project. The candidates will establish their goals and envision the benefits of their project. They will analyse potential stakeholders and assess possible risks they may encounter. Furthermore, they will learn to set priorities to manage themselves in an efficient way. Finally, they will understand the importance of communication within the scientific team.

 

 

Participation in our workshops is free of charge, but registration is required.
