WINS fellowships for postdoctoral researchers
WINS Adlershof and the PostDoc Center Adlershof are pleased to offer fellowships to visiting female postdoctoral researchers. Sponsored by the Einstein Stiftung in cooperation with the Berlin University Alliance, these fellowships aim to provide opportunities for exchange and support the career development of female postdoctoral researchers in an international context.

Purpose
Five WINS fellowships are available for female postdoctoral researchers from research institutions or universities abroad who will be invited to come to Berlin for a period of approximately 4 to 6 weeks. These fellowships are designed to increase the visibility of female postdoctoral researchers and to facilitate the transition of postdocs to independent scholars.
The criteria for the selection of the fellowships are as follows:
- Potential to strengthen the scientific connections of the fellow and help extend their professional network and/or
- Potential to prepare or start a new collaboration project with HU researchers with the aim of developing novel and innovative research ideas and approaches and/or
- Potential to enhance the skills, knowledge, and career prospects of postdoctoral researchers
