Campus Club Adlershof - Future talks! "How to transition from PhD to a Job?"
Are you uncertain about your career path after completing your PhD?
The good news is, that there are many possible career paths after the PhD. However, sometimes it can feel overwhelming at the same time. If you are looking for inspiration and some guidance for your future path, please join us for the upcoming Campus Club Adlershof – Future talks!
In June’s edition, two fellow PhD candidates from Humboldt-Universität will be our first Future talks guests and will act as peer role models. We will hear their different experiences on how to successfully transition from PhD to a job - in academia and beyond.
- Christian Appelt held his defense in experimental physics in May 2024 and will be starting a PostDoc position at CERN in Geneva.
- Sarah Kleest-Meißner, a Computer Science PhD candidate, will be defending her thesis in September and has applied for a DAAD short-term scholarship for a 6-month postdoctoral stay abroad.
Venue: Ahead area, Rudower Chaussee 22
