Incoming Students of Winter Semester
  • Will receive first information regarding class selection and their mobility until mid-September.
  • There will be an in-person orientation event at the beginning of October.
Incoming Students of Summer Semester
  • Will receive first information regarding class selection and their mobility until mid-March.
  • There will be an in-person orientation event at the beginning of April.

Orientation Meetings before semester start (both mandatory):

► 8 October 2024: In-Person Orientation Meeting

      • everything you’ll need to know at the beginning of your semester including AGNES class registration and administration documents (SprachLit CC, Erasmus Learning Agreement, etc.)
      • processes during and at the end of the semester (including exam registration, more administration documents, etc.)
      • networking opportunities with you fellow students
      • free snacks and drinks
      • some surprises 😊
