Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin - Faculty of Life Sciences

Subject-specific study and examination regulations

There are subject-specific study and examination regulations for each degree programme. The applicable regulations for the degree programmes of the Faculty of Life Sciences can be found here. These include information regarding the structure and content of your programme, examinations and the requirements of obtaining your degree. Here you will also find all your study programme’s modules including the module descriptions and an ideal study schedule. Please note that subject-specific study and examination regulations can exist in different versions at the same time. You can see which version applies to you with your HU account in AGNES (e.g. under the menu item "My study schedule"). The subject-specific study and examination regulations form the legal basis for your degree programme. Here you can see your duties as well as your rights as a student. The General Admission, Study and Examination Regulations of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (ZSP-HU) and the Berlin Higher Education Act (BerlHG) also apply and take priority over the subject-specific study and examination regulations – see the "Legal basis of your degree programme".
